Project-based learning is not simply a way of learning, but rather a way of working together to solve a problem. It is a strategy that allows students to learn and grow by executing compelling activities that are inspired by real-world problems.
From my own experiences and observations, I have witnessed firsthand how project-based learning allows for lessons to create a deeper impact on students. The hands-on method leads the students to engage with their work and form a sense of connection which they may not have achieved otherwise.

By allowing students to solve problems that are important to them while seeing a real-world impact and gaining valuable skills, the method also creates a sense of mastery and a deeper sense of meaning which in return leads to great achievement and personal growth. I believe that in today's rapidly evolving world, it is crucial for students to have the skill sets necessary to allow them to solve challenging problems as well as easily adapt to new ways of thinking. Project-based learning allows for the building of a greater range of skills as well as enhancing academic accomplishments. One of my favorite lessons from The Bold Inventors Studio is the lunchbox lesson; it is a project-based lesson which allows students to learn more about physics, such as the properties of insulators and conductors. By enriching and holding these skills, students are prepared for success.
